Who's That Prosecutor?

You've heard it before: Don't believe everything you see in the newspapers. That includes the caption beneath photographs.

A bemused client sent me an email yesterday with a link to a story about a case I am trying. Right next to the story was a mug of me, lifted from the shot that accompanies a weekly column I write for the Connecticut Law Tribune. The photograph is me, but the caption is not. I am not a prosecutor.

Looks like they've already fixed it. BTW, thanks for your comment on Windypundit about the WLR article I wrote. I'm glad somebody's getting some use out of it. My real hope is that someday the cause of action outlined there will see the light of day.

Unless they've now put up a photo of the prosecutor and identified it as you, it would seem they've corrected their mistake.
Of course, nobody reads the corrections, so your clients may still worry about just whose side you're on.
